With some meals it's hard to believe it's good for you, for example this breakfast is so delicious it feels like you're sinning. Yet you can start your day with this breakfast without any worries. The taste of chocolate and hazelnut gives it a Nutella-like touch, while this bowl provides you with fiber, good fats, minerals, and vitamins. We guarantee you to be full until lunch!
Ingredients for 2 bowls
200 gr oatmeal flakes
500 ml plant-based milk of your choice
150 gr raw cocoa powder
50 gr dark chocolate
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
2 tbsp hazelnut butter

Preparation
Add the oat flakes, milk and cocoa powder to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, while you stir regularly. When it has thickened nicely, remove the pan from the heat. Chop the dark chocolate finely and add half to the pan along with the maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir well.
Divide the oats into two bowls and garnish with banana slices, a generous tablespoon of hazelnut butter and a tablespoon of coconut yogurt. Finally, sprinkle the rest of the chocolate on top of it. Enjoy your breakfast!
